TECHFORUM 2023 CONFERENCE RESPONDING TO THE ENERGY CRISIS
On Wednesday, February 8th, we invite you to the 9th edition of the TECHFORUM 2023 professional conference, which we organize annually to bring interesting knowledge and insights to professionals and the general public in the field of technical building systems. Thematically, we always strive to respond to the current situation, and this year will be no exception. The main topic will be the emerging energy crisis, which is becoming a societal problem directly affecting buildings, their condition, energy efficiency, and technical security. The conference will feature 10 presenters who will shed light on the solutions and opportunities that the current situation offers. Among them are, for example, Ing. Richard Paksi, an analyst working in the Buildings for the Future platform with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, Ing. Tomáš Voříšek, Technical Director and CEO of SEVEn Energy, who has long been involved in the use of renewable sources, and Ing. Vladimír Orovnický, CEO of DAIKIN Slovakia and President of the Slovak Association for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps, who will also talk about the need for education in this field. You can see the complete list of presenters and the conference program at this link. As part of our conference, we will also be awarding the best students, and the award will be presented by Prof. Ing. Dušan Petráš, PhD., Head of the Department of Technical Building Systems at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
The conference will once again be part of the largest HVAC trade fair in Slovakia – Aquatherm 2023 at the Agrokomplex Nitra premises. The event will take place in a hybrid format, allowing for personal attendance at the venue and also providing an online livestream, which you can join through this link.
We look forward to your participation and believe that the conference will be informative and inspiring for you this year as well.
