TOWER 115 - FITOUT OFFICES

Since the beginning of this year, we have been working on a new project in the center of Bratislava, specifically the reconstruction of office spaces in Tower 115. The building offers a total of 33,400 m2 of office space on 27 floors, along with 3,400 m2 of commercial space.

Our scope of work includes the reconstruction of 14 floors divided into 3 stages. The majority of the spaces will serve as offices and associated rooms such as meeting rooms or server rooms.

Our work specifically involves the dismantling and installation of air conditioning, cooling, and heating systems. The air conditioning units and heat sources will remain original, with the reconstruction mainly focusing on individual distribution elements for ventilation and heating. Regarding cooling, the original Carrier equipment located on the roof will be replaced with new equipment from the same brand, as well as Aermec equipment with a total capacity of 2,750 kW. We will also remove more than 800 original fan coils, which will be replaced with new ones from Aermec, along with fans from Elektrodeign and air valves and regulators from IMI Hydronic Engineering.
