KLIMAK has been operating in the Slovak building technical security market for over 30 years. The new division, KLIMAK Energy, is being launched with the aim of capitalizing on its long-standing experience in this segment and offering clients quality services in the field of guaranteed energy services (GES) and energy management based primarily on expertise and a professional approach.
WHAT IS GES?
GES (Guaranteed Energy Service) is a business model for building modernization or energy equipment that allows future savings in operating costs to be used to repay the investment costs associated with modernization. It is also known as EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) internationally. This type of project is financeable as an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) project.
