The brand KLIMAK was established in 1993. Since its inception, the company has been continuously growing in terms of expertise and personnel. Currently, the company employs over 300 staff members, primarily in managerial and engineering positions.
The company has a stable organizational structure with a strong focus on technical specialists in the field of HVAC. The number of installation workers is flexible and varies depending on the project phases. In specific months, the number ranges from 200 to 250 registered installers specializing in HVAC, refrigeration, heating, and electrical installation work.
The company’s headquarters is located in the regional city of Nitra, providing convenient access to projects in western and central Slovakia. To ensure operational support for contracts and subsequent service assistance, branch offices have been established in Košice (Eastern Slovakia) and Bratislava (Western Slovakia). In the Czech Republic, KLIMEO operates in Prague.
