VOLKSWAGEN SLOVAKIA – HALL H4A, BRATISLAVA, BRATISLAVA

As Volkswagen Slovakia continues to expand its production capacities, our company KLIMAK was approached to provide our services for another facility, specifically Hall H4A. This project follows the successful completion of two previous halls, H1 and H7, which we started working on last year. The focus will be on the reconstruction of Hall H4A, which serves as a body shop, and the spaces we will be working on were originally used as storage. For this project, we will be responsible for the air conditioning profession and measurement and regulation.

Regarding air conditioning, we will install one new air conditioning unit with a total capacity of 70,000 m3/h. Additionally, we will supply two new filtration units, complemented by two fans, with a total capacity of 40,000 m3/h. The installation of air conditioning ducts, which will be supplied by our Technov production, will be divided into two parts – ventilation of the hall and technical exhaust. It’s worth noting that the technical exhaust requires thicker ducts (1.2 mm) known as reinforced ducts. The same type of ducts was supplied for Hall H1.
